It takes a team effort. As Planners, we work with the entire project team to develop and maximize a design within the regulatory parameters.
The approval process for every project is as original as the project. With that in mind, there are standard planning and development phases:
Inception: We clarify the initial design to insure the project meets the standards set forth in the local municipal ordinances.
Design: We incorporate green building techniques and product recommendations to assist with creating healthy, responsible, and sustainable eco-friendly projects.
Application: We work with a team of architects, designers, engineers, contractors and other specialists to draft a submission package with accurate drawings and studies.
Zoning: We facilitate the project through the process of obtaining an approval. This involves representation at all meetings, hearings, Design Review Boards, Planning Commissions, & Boards of Supervisors.
Permitting: We persist with the final reviewing authorities to acquire the building permit.
